Just click “Register as a Seller” on sign up. Creating a seller account is 100% free and approval is instant—you can start uploading and selling right away.
No. Listing products and running your shop is completely free. We only take a 10% commission on each sale.
Only digital wall art is allowed. This includes digital illustrations, printable posters, photography, and artwork downloads. No physical products are permitted.
Yes. Payouts are currently made via PayPal. Other withdrawal options are coming soon.

Welcome to the seller FAQ section! Whether you're just getting started or are an experienced artist, this page answers the most common questions about selling your digital downloads on our platform.
Log in and go to your Vendor Dashboard to view your shop, products, orders, and earnings.
Click “Add New Product” from your dashboard. Fill in the title, description, tags, price, upload your digital files, and check the box that says “This is a Digital Product.”
You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, or ZIP files. Each file must be under 100MB.
You can upload up to 5 images for each product. These should be square (1:1) format for best display results.
Tags help your product appear in search results. Use relevant keywords like “abstract,” “boho,” “A3 print,” etc. to make your listings more discoverable.
No. You must select only one category per product to keep the marketplace organized.

No. We hide your address and email from customers. Communication happens through the built-in product enquiry system.
Buyers can use the “Product Enquiry” form to ask questions. You’ll receive messages in your dashboard and by email.
You earn 90% of each sale. We deduct a 10% commission to cover platform and transaction fees.
Earnings can be withdrawn via PayPal once your balance reaches the minimum threshold (if applicable). You can request a withdrawal anytime.
Your dashboard includes a full overview of your orders, earnings, and payout history.
Yes. After saving a product as a draft, you can preview how it will appear on your storefront and make edits before publishing it live.
Once a purchase is complete, the buyer receives secure, instant download links through their account dashboard and confirmation email. These links do not expose your original file location.
Yes. You can edit descriptions, images, pricing, or even replace files for a product at any time. Customers who already purchased will not receive new versions unless you manually provide them.
Yes. Use the “Sale Price” field when creating or editing a product. You can also work with the admin team for promotional events or curated collections.
Refunds are rare for digital products, but if one is requested, we’ll review the situation. If the issue is due to file corruption or duplicate purchase, we may issue a refund and notify you.
Currently, products must be added individually through your vendor dashboard. Bulk uploading may become available in the future.
Use clear, descriptive titles that include themes, colors, or styles (e.g., “Boho Abstract Wall Art – Neutral A3 Printable”). Avoid generic names like “Image1.jpg.”
Yes. You can upload a store banner, logo, and biography from your vendor dashboard under “Store Settings” to personalize your shop.
Your artwork will appear in search results, category pages, and your vendor storefront. Using strong titles, tags, and clear images helps improve visibility. Along with the websites name, the website is highly optimised for search engine optimisation.
Yes. You can set the price to £0 to offer free downloads, useful for building exposure or promoting your store.
Featured listings are curated by the admin team. Contact us if you’d like your work to be considered for special promotion or featured artist slots.
Report it immediately. We investigate all copyright issues. Provide evidence of original ownership or source files so we can act accordingly.
Yes! Including lifestyle mockups is highly recommended as it helps customers visualize how the artwork will look when printed and framed.
Yes. You can upload multiple related files (e.g., a 3-piece print set) in one ZIP file and explain what’s included in the product description.
Be clear and detailed. Include the art style, size(s), file formats, color scheme, usage rights, and any print tips to help buyers understand what they’re getting.
Compress your files using a ZIP folder or reduce resolution slightly. Each upload must be under 100MB. For larger projects, consider splitting files into parts.
Yes. After publishing, visit your storefront to see how your listing looks to buyers. You can update titles, descriptions, or images anytime.
Consistency helps build your presence. Uploading 1–3 new pieces per week keeps your shop active and improves visibility in search and new arrivals.
Yes. Go to your Vendor Dashboard > Store Settings to update your store name, logo, banner, and bio at any time.
No. You can deactivate products or pause selling, and your dashboard will still retain your content and order history unless you delete your account.
Yes, but you must clarify authorship and confirm that you have full permission to sell collaborative work. Use the description to credit collaborators.
While there’s no strict minimum, we recommend pricing at £2.00 or more to ensure fair value and platform sustainability.
You must state whether your product is for personal use only or includes commercial rights. You can include a license text file in your ZIP or write the terms in the product description.
Yes, you’re free to sell your designs elsewhere unless you’ve offered an exclusive license through a specific listing.
We securely deliver downloads to buyers. You can watermark preview images (not the actual files) to deter theft.

Files are not publicly visible or downloadable until purchased. While no system is 100% piracy-proof, watermarking previews and including license terms helps protect your work.
Yes, and it’s recommended. Do not watermark final downloadable files unless it’s part of the design (e.g., for branding or licensing terms).
Yes, but you must clearly label it and ensure it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. Misleading listings may be removed.
Yes. You can include links to your social media or portfolio in your store bio, but not in the product file itself.
We often spotlight sellers via social and email campaigns. Tag us on Instagram or contact support if you’d like to be considered.
No hard limits, but quality over quantity is encouraged. Upload only finished, high-quality, original work. Low-effort spam uploads may be removed.

Yes. Important updates are shared via email and the vendor dashboard announcements tab. Be sure to keep your email address current.
